How the rains stopped while the cloud was still heavy, and a strange warmth covering the crowd in no time, is the earliest miracle I noted during late Bishop Zuza’s requiem mass, followed by a peaceful weather to the last minute of the burial at the Cathedral! Wasn’t that miraculous on that day! I did notice it and felt that this had a meaning in some way!

  2. My dear Bishop, you have really left us with great memories! Indeed you were a true Shepherd committed to integral development and evagelisation for all. May your soul rest in peace indeed

  3. During the 18th AMECEA Plenary Assembly in Malawi, the Late Bishop Zuza was on top of things; my encounter with him on one on one basis was at the Hotel where the Bishops were staying. I Had an appointment with one of the Bishops whom I was to interview for the story and Bishop Zuza swiftly came to my aid when the hotel staff could not locate the Bishop. He took it upon himself to search for the my interviewee while making sure at the same time that I was comfortable.

I discover a simple and kind-hearted man who instead of giving his Episcopal ring to kiss would offer you a fatherly hug or a hearty handshake.

    Rest in Peace Monsignor Zuza.
